Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue expansion with key partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and CRM, to ensure effective communication and execution of partner strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts.

About You:

  • Business or engineering school background.
  • 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting.
  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
  • Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized.
  • Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
