About the Role
At Exoticca, we're on a mission to create life milestones through unforgettable travel experiences. As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dynamic and innovative travel brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates and planning with our partners to drive mutual success
- Coordinate with various teams to outperform targets and meet departmental goals
- Develop and manage the department budget to optimize performance
- Identify opportunities to maximize performance in all Exoticca markets
- Maintain effective interdepartmental communication and optimize performance on each partner
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in account management, preferably in the tourism industry
- Proven track record of building profitable long-term collaborations
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven
- Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus
