**Mission and Challenges**
Papernest is a home insurance provider and a supplier of green electricity and gas, with a highly efficient, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a rapidly growing market. We have supported more than 1.5 million customers in France, Spain, and Italy, investing in new verticals and positioning ourselves as a market leader in Europe. As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you will ensure strategic partner satisfaction and maximize account value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
- Reneew and/or expand existing accounts.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.
- Account growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
- Develop strategies to increase the profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...).
- Internal coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.
Requirements
- Business or engineering school background.
- 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
- Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized.
- Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
