Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for driving traffic to Exoticca and revenue through third-party channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate rates and planning with various partners to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage department budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of building profitable long-term collaborations.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
