Strategic Partnerships Account Manager

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions. Renew and/or expand existing accounts. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services. Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor).
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met. Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs.
- Business or engineering school background.
- 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
- Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organized.
- Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus.
- Stock Options (BSPCE).
