Strategic Partnerships Account Manager

Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency that has revolutionized the conception, production, and e-commerce of long-distance dream trips. Our mission is to create life milestones through unforgettable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate rates and plannings with partners to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with teams to outperform targets and drive business growth.
  • Create and monitor department budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Identify opportunities in all Exoticca markets to maximize performance.
  • Manage and improve interdepartmental communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain updated communication tools for internal stakeholders to facilitate information sharing.
  • Optimize performance on each partner by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements.
  • Represent Exoticca in relevant meetings and trade shows to establish strong industry relationships.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations.
  • Analytical thinking and negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and fluency in English and Spanish.
