Strategic Partnerships Director

Thunes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive partnership development globally and play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and execute commercial partnerships with key technology platforms to grow Thunes' business exponentially.
- Drive Global Partnerships Agenda: Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe to achieve objectives, including product, tech, and sales teams.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop new relationships with strategic players to identify areas of mutual benefit between Thunes and potential partners.
- Closing Deals: Structure and close commercial deals to accelerate revenue growth and increase visibility.
- Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans with specialist partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to identify opportunities to work with partners to maximize revenue and build deeper client relationships.
- Value Proposition Evolution: Collaborate with product teams to evolve the value proposition, products, and platforms to meet client/market needs.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a commercial setting, business development, or partnership management.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, IT, or related discipline.
- Skills: Deep understanding of cross-border payments, fintech, and enterprise tech ecosystem; demonstrable track record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets within a partnerships role.
