Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Lead business reviews and implement innovative solutions to drive customer ROI.
  • Manage complex customer projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management, preferably in the service industry.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of growing and retaining accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools, such as ChurnZero or Zendesk.
