Strategic Customer Account Manager

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management, preferably in the service industry.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of growing and retaining accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools, such as ChurnZero or Zendesk.
