With a passion for technology and a drive to dive head-first into new challenges, you will thrive in this role. You will become a main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills to deliver value and build strong relationships.
Our ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role, with a background in advocating on behalf of customers and a mind for technology. You will be expected to take full ownership of your customer portfolio, making key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes and acting with a high level of autonomy.
We are looking for a candidate who is based in Barcelona and can thrive in our hybrid working model. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about delivering value to technical decision-makers, economic buyers, and executives, we want to hear from you.
