As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals by providing them with guidance on MongoDB best practices and their overall technology strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a strategic advisor to your customer, providing them with guidance on MongoDB best practices and their overall technology strategy
- Take full ownership of your customer portfolio and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical decision-makers, economic buyers, and executives (CTO, CIO)
- Develop and execute customized plans to drive customer success and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Tech Services, to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We're Looking For:
- 9+ years of experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similarly customer-centric role
- 6+ years of experience working within or supporting large enterprises
- A background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- A mind for technology and a willingness to learn about MongoDB and databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
