Empower Innovators with cutting-edge technology solutions as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB. As a strategic advisor, you will provide guidance on MongoDB best practices and technology strategies to our customers, helping them navigate their technical environments and optimize their spend with MongoDB. You will also be responsible for building and executing account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a strategic advisor to your customer, providing guidance on MongoDB best practices and technology strategies.
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth.
  • Collect feedback and identify roadblocks from customers to inform internal teams on how MongoDB can build a stronger product and go-to-market organization.
  • Act as the link between our customers and product engineering to develop new innovative solutions.
  • De-escalate and resolve critical customer issues and complaints.
