We are Mytraffic, a fast-growing company in the middle of a scale-up phase. Our Customer Success team is expanding as part of the global Revenue Team, and we are looking for our next Senior Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing team of 15 professionals and report directly to Ismail, our Lead CSM, under the guidance of Adei, Head of Customer Success. The team will continue to grow in the coming months and years, providing a chance to shape its future and contribute to the company's success.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving client adoption and operational excellence through a usage-centric approach. This includes onboarding new clients, creating platform accounts, and monitoring user adoption. You will also proactively measure and follow portfolio performances to anticipate and mitigate potential critical situations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback, deploy new use cases, and enrich the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS B2B and on a complex solution. They should be native in French, speak English fluently, and possess excellent organizational and presentation skills. A proven track record of focusing on client satisfaction, mastering sales cycles, and anti-churn strategies is essential.

Our recruitment process typically consists of four stages: an initial 30-minute meeting with our Talent Acquisition, followed by a 30-minute discussion with Ismail, our Lead CSM, a 60-minute business case presentation, and finally, a 30-minute meeting with Vladimir, our VP Strategy.
