We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our Sales Team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Onboard new corporate clients to ensure a seamless and successful integration of our platform.
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials, to support client success.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and develop strategies to hit upselling targets.
  • Monitor and report on existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team Lead to define Quarterly OKRs and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a positive feedback loop and drive business results.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth.
Your Qualifications:
  • Fluent level of English and Italian.
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management or customer success role.
  • Hunger for challenges and a desire to learn something new every day.
  • Proactivity and a willingness to propose value-creating solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
