Revolutionizing Enterprise Customer Experience

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Nutanix, driving innovation in Enterprise Cloud Technology. As an Enterprise Cloud Success Professional, you will have the chance to deliver exceptional customer service, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value while working collaboratively with a supportive team.

About the RoleThe Enterprise Cloud Success Representative will be part of the Nutanix Customer Success team, working closely with internal functions such as Global Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Support. The team focuses on product adoption, renewals, retention, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and support.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize the success of Nutanix's Iberian customers across EMEA through timely and effective support.
  • Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and data.
  • Act as the customer advocate, engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary to ensure successful resolution.
  • Engage in regular customer and internal calls, meetings, and research to ensure ongoing success.

What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record in high-tech customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Experience working with software subscription customers.
  • A strong ability to overachieve in a sales metrics-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking would be beneficial.
