About the Role

As a Cloud Operations Architect in our Enterprise Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of Dynatrace solutions for large-scale enterprise customers.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations. This individual will be responsible for strategizing on technical objectives and long-term goals, providing expert advice and guidance to foster growth and successful ongoing usage of the product. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to advocate on behalf of customers and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

The selected candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership, and a proven track record of going above and beyond for their teams and customers. A strong technical understanding of cloud operations, SaaS industry, and DevOps toolchain applications is essential. Additionally, the ability to manage executive relationships and discussions, as well as exceptional English and French language skills, is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
  • Strategize on overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the team
  • Provide expert advice and guidance as a subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer's footprint
  • Advocate on behalf of customers, providing insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Manage executive relationships and discussions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customers' infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements to speed up resolution
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Work experience: 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
  • A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers
  • Ability to manage executive relationships and discussions (VP/CxO)
  • Excellent English and French written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud operations, SaaS industry, and DevOps toolchain applications
Salary and Benefits

Our salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
