We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (m/f/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, ensuring they are 100% up and running
  • Develop high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
  • Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
  • Monitor and report existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Your Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and German
  • 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role
  • Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day
  • Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
