We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (m/f/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, ensuring they are 100% up and running
- Develop high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
- Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
- Monitor and report existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
- Fluent in English and German
- 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role
- Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
- Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
- Any other language is a plus
