Agicap is a leading fintech company that helps SMEs and Mid-Market companies manage their cash flow efficiently. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in replicating our success story in Spain and supporting our rapidly growing customer base.
Our unique customer-centric culture, innovative product, and excellent teams have enabled us to achieve remarkable growth. We are now seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate.
Your responsibilities will include managing and being responsible for a customer portfolio, answering customer requests, supporting and onboarding new customers, understanding their business, and developing personal relationships with users and decision-makers.
You will also be responsible for defining and implementing satisfaction and retention strategies, preventing and minimizing attrition, detecting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and improving our product by gathering feedback from customers.
A native/Fluent Spanish speaker with a full professional proficiency in English or French, you will possess a problem-solving mindset, passion for providing exceptional customer experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
