About the Role
Sinch is a Customer Communication Cloud company that powers meaningful conversations at scale across messaging, voice, and email. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with the best possible experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the complete customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion and renewal. You will strive to drive faster 'time to value' and improve the overall experience for our customers.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their objectives and how they translate to outcomes. You will make sure our customers become ambassadors of our platform, providing testimonials and references. You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and close them.
We are a young and vibrant team where your input is not only appreciated but expected. We like doers who have a can-do mentality. Success is celebrated together, and we pride ourselves on the quality and innovativeness of our platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience from a Tech or a SaaS company
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Some level of Italian or Spanish is a plus
