Job Description for Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (country category managers)
  • Lead and manage customer engagements for pricing tool implementation
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management roles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
