**About Qonto**
We're Qonto, a leading online business account provider for SMEs and freelancers. Our innovative products, 24/7 customer support, and clear pricing have made us the market leader. We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto, to expand our client base in Spain.
**Your Role**
As a Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto, you'll be responsible for:
- Onboarding and training new clients to ensure they get the most out of our products
- Providing operational support and resolving issues efficiently
- Identifying upselling opportunities and enhancing client engagement
- Customizing operational processes to meet the unique needs of the Spanish market
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction
**What We Need from You**
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success and/or Customer Care
- Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English; French is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion)
