Job Summary
The customer success team manager will lead a team of 7-8 customer service employees and be responsible for their professional development. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service or customer success, excellent communication skills, and a talent for managing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the disciplinary management of a team of customer service employees and provide guidance on their professional development
- Support the team in providing excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage day-to-day business and ensure that customers receive timely support
- Take on complex cases independently and work closely with division management, other departments, and colleagues across locations

Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in customer service or customer success
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
- Ability to demonstrate a customer-oriented approach to working and take on complex cases independently
- Passion for camping, traveling, road trips, and exploring new countries
