We're a pioneering online travel agency that's revolutionized the way people plan and book their dream trips. Our mission is to create life milestones for our customers, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of multilingual Customer Success Agents handling inbound queries from customers across multiple markets.
  • Monitor daily performance to ensure productivity, adherence, and quality KPIs are met.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to agents and serve as the primary escalation point.
  • Prepare reports that measure team performance and propose improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of contact center customer service experience.
  • At least 2 years in a team leader, supervisor, or manager role.
  • Telesales experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
  • C1/C2 level English (verbal, reading, writing) required.
  • C1/C2 level Spanish (verbal, reading, writing) is a bonus.
