Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our customer success team, you will work closely with our regional teams to retain and optimize our customers, increasing customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, with a proven track record of overcoming objections and achieving high-pressure targets. They will also possess outstanding customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
Responsibilities will include assisting customers to achieve maximum value from their product, leveraging deep product and hotel management knowledge. You will also manage daily case & task loads effectively, ensuring that customers are contacted immediately for quick and appropriate resolution.
We offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office in a prime location in Barcelona. You will also have access to equity packages, private health insurance, and a generous parental leave policy.

Key skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in sales or retention teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working with CRM software and customer support tools
