About the Role

You will be a key member of our team as a Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees in Spain. Your role will be pivotal in localizing processes and scaling our operations in this vibrant market.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Onboard and fully train new clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for operational support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  3. Recognize and capitalize on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.
  4. Customize and enhance operational processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.
About You
  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with significant experience as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success and/or Customer Care.
  • Customer-Centric: You know how to anticipate clients' needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, and build long-term relationships with your clients.
  • Business-Oriented: With a knack for identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You are a problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to challenges.
  • Languages: You are bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.
