**Customer Success Role in Restaurant Industry**

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our active restaurant customer base.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. You should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, including restaurant owners, managers, and staff.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Activate and onboard restaurants to our solution to drive adoption of contactless payments and other payment products.
  • Educate and support restaurants on the value proposition of our product.
  • Actively participate in resolution of payment issues and irritants when required.
  • Handle cases related to payment issues, double payments, and churn requests.

**Requirements:**

  • French native speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a customer success or account manager in a B2B sales environment.
  • Customer-oriented, people-person, and rapport-builder.
  • Perseverant, patient, pedagogical, and communicative.
  • Driven by results and continuous improvement.
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

**What We Offer:**
