Customer Success Manager with Arabic Language Skills

The Customer Success Manager is a critical role at Dynatrace, responsible for driving success and growth for assigned accounts. This includes managing relationships with key account personnel, accelerating customer adoption of our SaaS/Managed product portfolio, and identifying new business growth opportunities.

This role requires a strong business acumen and commercial outlook, with excellent English and Arabic language skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of cloud, new stack, and application performance technology, as well as proven expertise working with executive-level clients.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Accelerating customer adoption of Dynatrace SaaS/Managed product portfolio through technical enablement, usage training, project planning, and basic onboarding.
  • Owned renewal strategy and subsequent on-time renewal of subscription(s).
  • Identifying strategic, new business growth opportunities.
  • Building Dynatrace brand awareness and loyalty in assigned accounts.
  • Defending against competition in assigned accounts.
