Technical Support Manager With English Language Skills

At Arena, we're transforming the way we create, operate, and service products. As a Technical Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners.

Your primary focus will be managing a team of support engineers, their performance, and career development. You'll work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively to meet sales and services goals.

As a member of our global management team, you'll be responsible for protecting and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR) by providing a seamless Arena experience to achieve our customers' desired outcomes and accelerate customers' success.

You'll act as the Voice of Customer to internal departments, develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts, and manage escalated customer issues and resolve them in conjunction with the escalation manager.

Key skills and knowledge required for this role include strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, willingness to travel occasionally, and ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.

Fluency in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus. Experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems is also desirable.
