About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global team at PTC. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support engineers and providing world-class support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 6-12 technical support engineers, focusing on their performance, career development, and workload management.
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to ensure effective issue resolution and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency of support services.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal departments and driving process improvements.
  • Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
  • Optional: Experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems.
