Technical Support Manager with English Language Expertise

As a Technical Support Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of support engineers, providing world-class technical support to our customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively and meet sales and services goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing 6-12 support engineers and their performance and career development
- Working closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively
- Providing technical or procedural directions and interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
- Running regular case and metric review meetings
- Communicating the status of customer issues and overall health internally as necessary
We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.
