We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global team at PTC. As a key member of our support organization, you will collaborate with support managers worldwide to provide world-class technical support to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6-12 support engineers, focusing on their performance and career development.
  • Work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively and meet sales and services goals.
  • Deliver superior-quality support services to our customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by providing a seamless PTC experience.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
