Job Title: Technical Support Manager

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of technical support engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce support costs, and enhance overall support services.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to internal departments to drive business decisions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts, driving business growth and customer success.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing technical support teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages (German, French) a plus.
  • Optional: experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems.
