Join PTC's Global Support Team as a Technical Support Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global support team at PTC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of support engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to resolve customer issues and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team performance and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
