Technical Support Manager

At PTC, we're transforming the way companies operate and create better products. As a Technical Support Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our customers' digital transformation journeys.

Your Team

You'll collaborate with support managers worldwide to provide world-class technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be managing a team of 6-12 support engineers, their performance, and career development.

Your Impact

As a manager, you'll be responsible for delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, and protecting and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts and act as the Voice of Customer to internal departments.

Your Day-To-Day

You'll manage the workload within your team, setting work capacity expectations, and leveraging all resources as needed. You'll ensure KPIs are met, core business processes are executed according to standards, and provide technical or procedural directions and interact with customers and internal teams.
