We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of support engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to resolve customer issues and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal departments to drive business improvements.
  • Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
