Job Description

At PTC, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our support organization, you'll be responsible for managing a team of technical support engineers, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on managing the performance and career development of your team, as well as working closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively. You'll be responsible for delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR).

As a Technical Support Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer to internal departments, developing relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts. You'll manage the workload within your team, setting work capacity expectations and leveraging all resources as needed.

You'll ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and core business processes are executed according to standards. You'll provide technical or procedural directions and interact with customers and internal stakeholders, running regular case and metric review meetings.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus
  • Optional: Experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems
