About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Create reports to analyze business metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Interpret KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Design and implement processes in our CRM system to drive business growth.
  • Ensure process quality and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Database and SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Datastudio, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing a CRM - Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Fluent English and advanced Spanish skills.
