About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Customer Success Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities- Create reports to analyze business metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Interpret KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Design and implement processes in our CRM system to drive business growth.
- Ensure process quality and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Database and SQL experience.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Datastudio, and Google Sheets.
- Experience managing a CRM - Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Fluent English and advanced Spanish skills.
- A competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
