The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Global CS Operations Analyst to join our Global CS team. In this hybrid role, you will combine data-driven analysis and hands-on business operations to optimize global processes across the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to Customer Success teams worldwide, providing business needs, solutions, insights, and guidance.
- Analyze local processes, identifying differences and best practices, and develop solutions that fit multiple countries' needs.
- Help drive implementation of global processes with local structures.
- Create automations related to Customer Success processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection.
- Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information, and information into insight.
- Use data to investigate and help resolve issues in processes.
- Design, implement, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Oversee KPIs and performance of local teams, detecting 'red-flags.'
Requirements
This role requires exceptional analytical and operational skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to drive impactful changes across the Customer Success structure.
Working with Us
You'll work closely with Gabriele, our Global Head of Customer Success Operations, and report directly to them.
