About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Onboarding and training new clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
  2. Serving as the main point of contact for operational support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  3. Recognizing and capitalizing on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.
  4. Customizing and enhancing operational processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.
  5. Closely collaborating with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with significant experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist.
  • Customer-centric: Proven ability to anticipate clients' needs, offer outstanding onboarding, and build long-term relationships.
  • Business-oriented: Skilled at identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding solutions to challenges.
  • Languages: Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Mastery: Familiarity with SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Notion.
