About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Onboarding and training new clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
- Serving as the main point of contact for operational support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Recognizing and capitalizing on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.
- Customizing and enhancing operational processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.
- Closely collaborating with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.
About You:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably with significant experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist.
- Customer-centric: Proven ability to anticipate clients' needs, offer outstanding onboarding, and build long-term relationships.
- Business-oriented: Skilled at identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding solutions to challenges.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Mastery: Familiarity with SaaS tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Notion.
