Our Team:
As a Customer Success & Sales Training Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team dedicated to creating life milestones through unforgettable travel experiences. Our team is passionate about innovation, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in design, development, delivery, and management of customer service and sales end-user training.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a trainer.
- Familiarity with support in the travel/hospitality space including airlines, hotels, and agencies, is highly preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, or any related field is preferred but not essential.

- A confident and motivational leader with the ability to manage large groups effectively.
