About the Role

Alea is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join its customer-facing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and delivering technical solutions that drive results.

You will oversee the technical needs of clients, from pre-sales to post-deployment support, and provide expert technical guidance, manage client projects, and ensure smooth integration processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to ensure smooth technical integration and ongoing product support.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage client projects, starting with an in-depth analysis of requirements to a finished implementation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Documentation and Communication: Actively write and maintain comprehensive documentation, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to quickly grasp customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
