Job Description

At EcoVadis, we are seeking a talented Customer Success Liaison to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Southern Europe team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our customers and helping them achieve their sustainable goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Empower customers to implement and manage their sustainability programs effectively.
  • Assist customers in creating compelling communication to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Help customers identify and achieve their strategic goals through operational excellence.
  • Deliver training sessions for relevant customer stakeholders.
  • Provide support to customers via email or phone.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, supply chain, or business is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in French and German required for the assigned territory.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
