Client Success Liaison

The Client Success team focuses on delivering exceptional client service and retention, while driving business growth and development.
Associates have an assigned portfolio of clients with whom they partner to ensure each client receives value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage relationships with existing clients ranging from senior C-level executives to more junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
- Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return on investment.
- Onboard new clients introducing their purchased Gartner services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
We seek talented individuals with 0-6 years of relevant professional experience or internship experience.
A strong background in customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills is essential.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level is required.
Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
