About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and surface client business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support the client in making informed decisions for their business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with clients across various industries and job functions
• Onboard new clients and introduce Gartner services and capabilities
• Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value
Requirements:
• 6+ months of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
• Ability to use Arabic at a business level (reading/writing/speaking)
