The Client Success team at Gartner follows a Client for Life philosophy, ensuring every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for understanding and surfacing client business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions. You will onboard new clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate engagement with our products.
You will partner with senior C-level executives and junior client professionals across various functions, including IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices. Your goal will be to ensure clients are successful in using their Gartner subscription, delivering value to decision-makers, and driving Gartner growth.
Your responsibilities may include introducing Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients, account management, and connecting clients with our expert community. You will identify client priorities and align Gartner's resources to provide best-in-class service, enabling clients to achieve their goals and maximize return on investment.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results, share best practices, and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. To succeed, you will leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Ability to use Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) at a business or native level
