About the Role

As a Client Success Partner at 360Learning, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients in their digital training strategies through our platform. Your responsibilities will include ensuring contract renewals, coordinating resources, and measuring the business impact of our solution according to client objectives. You will manage a portfolio of clients in both high-touch and low-touch modes, fostering relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure contract renewal by coordinating technical, educational, and other resources
- Ensure the business impact of our solution aligns with client objectives
- Manage a portfolio of clients in a high-touch and low-touch mode

What You Will Achieve

Within 1 month, you will master our product and corporate culture, familiarize yourself with the Client Success Partner team's processes and tools, and participate in customer meetings. In 3 months, you will take over existing customer portfolios and start new projects with prospects and clients. Within 6 months, you will define learning transformation roadmaps, identify resources, and develop relationships of trust between clients and 360Learning. In 12 months, you will reduce churn, identify strong leaders, and develop good business practices to share with the Client Success team.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Client Success Partner or Customer Success Manager position
- Experience in the SaaS B2B industry is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Native French and English proficiency (B2 minimum)
