Job Description

At 360Learning, we're on a mission to empower companies to upskill from within. As a Client Success Partner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients in their digital training strategy through our 360Learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the renewal of contracts by coordinating technical, educational, and other resources.
  • Ensure business impact in line with client objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients in a high-touch and low-touch mode.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Master our product and Convexity corporate culture within 1 month.
  • Familiarize yourself with processes and tools used by the Client Success Partner team.
  • Participate in customer meetings with other CSPs within 1 month.
  • Take over a portfolio of existing customers and start new projects with prospects and clients within 3 months.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps and identify resources needed within 6 months.
  • Reduce churn by identifying customers at risk and implementing remedial action plans within 12 months.

Requirements:

  • First experience in a Client Success Partner or Customer Success Manager position.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Native French and English proficiency (B2 minimum).
  • Enthusiasm about working in our Culture of Convexity.
