The Role
As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, handling inquiries related to course scheduling, billing, and technical issues. You will troubleshoot problems, provide resolutions, and build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls, answer incoming calls, and accurately document customer interactions in our database. You will also navigate multiple software applications, multitask, and handle administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working in a call center environment (training provided). Bilingualism in English and Spanish is mandatory. A good home office setup, including a quiet space, high-speed internet connection, and webcam availability, is required.
