**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with resellers
  • Work closely with (field) management and sales team
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support all company products
  • Issue and follow up on quotations
  • Handle customer requests

**Requirements:** 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department for UK MarketsMust be fluent in English, with a strong focus on UK spelling, grammar, and cultural nuances. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of written and spoken UK English, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit a professional audience.
