Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Cybex GmbH. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product quality and after-sales support
- Analyze and address customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the centralized workshop to manage repairs and warranty exchanges
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing tools
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (with additional languages a plus)
- Residence in the Barcelona area
Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience
