Job Description
As a Customer Service Liaison at Van Ons, you'll enjoy a different job every day, switching between various customers, projects, and disciplines. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls and managing expectations effectively
- Scheduling tickets with programmers to ensure seamless project execution
- Identifying process improvements to enhance our services
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A high sense of responsibility, ensuring timely task completion
- The ability to prevent issues rather than curing them after they arise
- Empathy towards customers and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment
- Effective communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- An affinity for WordPress and/or Laravel websites, enabling you to provide expert support
